Terrible horrible service

onAfter engine failure due to a engine recall on my Hyundai, I had my car towed to Auto Nation. After waiting 8 days my car still had not been looked at. They did not even acknowledge the car had arrived. 3 calls everyday unanswered, 3 emails to the service manager everyday no reply. Had my car towed to another dealer. Traded it in that day for a new care. Auto Nation is the worst company I have ever dealt with.
