    A 7:30 AM appointment for oil change & tire rotation--took 1 1/2 hours. Another hour to change a brake light & replace air filter.

    I don't even know where to start... the service team is outstanding. Raymond Spinelli was upfront and honest about everything that was going on with my car. Rebecca got me into a loaner vehicle and was awesome to deal with as well. They all treat you like family and will go out of their way to make sure you are taken care of.

    Needed batter replaced which they did but also asked to look at an oil leak and give me quote on the repairs that might be needed after 2 hours battery replaced but did not look at or mentioned anything about the oil leak I told them to look at.

  • Oil change/oil consumption test

    Oil change was done to satisfaction. But when it came to put the car on oil consumption test, all I kept hearing was this is "Auto Nation , not Hyundai.And since my car was bought from another dealership and that I need to go back to that dealer ship to have the test done. I sent an email to Hyundai Motor USA , and the feedback I got from them was I am free to take it to any Hyundai dealer to have the test done. I had a similar case with my previous Sonata and they ( Auto Nation Hyundai, Buford) were very cooperative then . Wondering and confused what changed since then. The reason I went to this dealership is because it is close to where I live.

    I initially brought my car in for oil change and tire rotation but additional service items were recommended and we agreed to have them done. After getting my car today, I noticed that the indicator that shoes the mileage for next oil change had not been updated. This leaves the question in my mind, did technician actually do an oil change? This leads to a trust issue.

    Usually I really dread going to look at cars. When you arrive you usually see the sales people hanging outside waiting like vultures. All we wanted to do was just look and see what vehicles were out there not only at this dealership but others. Well my wife and I went to the Mall Of Georgia Hyundai and I had a completely different experience than what we were expecting. No one was waiting outside. We went inside started looking at the cars and was approached by the general manager Aid. He was very easy to speak with and answered all of our questions. We left and went to check out other cars at other dealerships. We came back about a week later and met Willie. He also was very cordial and answered all our questions. Not one time were we pressured and told we “have to act fast because a couple other people were looking at the same car”. So after meeting with Willie we ended up purchasing a 2023 Santa Fe Limited. We had found the same vehicle at another Hyundai dealership and they met the same price. It was late and no one was rushing us to get out. We ended up leaving the dealership about an hour after their normal business hours. Everyone we met was helpful and very pleasant to deal with including Juan who worked in their finance. Great experience. We will definitely go back and check with them for future vehicles.
