DO NOT BUY
by Ashley W. on 08/28/2023Do not buy from this sales team. They are [non-permissible content removed] and shady. I bought a vehicle from them and 2 months later the car needs serious service (“oil consumption issue”). I was given the option to trade in the vehicle… or continue with the service. What a joke. Their version of trading in is adding $4000 of negative equity and double a car payment. It’s a joke. These people try to say they’re “doing me favor.” They gas light you into thinking that they’re helping and when they’re met with hostility, they deflect. It’s everyone else’s fault. Anyone but theirs. Save yourself the time and energy, find another dealer.Hi Ashley, we're disappointed to hear of the negative experience you had at our location. Oh Destiny, if you only knew the conversation I had with your GM. I wouldn’t have posted this review without doing everything I could to make it right. Unfortunately, the sales team didn’t have that same mindset.

Tire balance issue

Albert employee who helped me was very nice and attentive answered all of my questions was very helpful,… explained everything. When they give you an estimate and you liked the price make sure make a use out of it cuz the price might go up on a certain job that you need to get done. First Maintenance on 2023 SanraFe
by Bob Service on 08/12/2023Very pleasant people. I made my appointment in person a few weeks prior to getting my first (8,000 mile) maintenance performed. Although I did have trouble using the app to set my appointment I had to go to the dealership to ask a few… questions regarding all the. Ella and whistles in my new car. Once they saw my mileage they asked if I had already set my maintenance appointment. I said I tried several times on the app and thought it was. Set the following week. The salesman (Willie) went to confirm my appointment and it was determined my appointment wasn’t showing. So Willie got me an appointment the following week. When I got to the service department the day of my appointment I was met by Sar who was expecting my arrival and had paperwork ready for me to sign. He explained what was going to be done with my car and showed me where I could wait. After done with the maintenance another person (Breannah) checked is out and and showed us to our car which was just outside the service department. Everyone who we met while at the dealership was, and have always been, very friendly and helpful including Peter.Hi Bob, our Staff is dedicated to providing all our guests with outstanding customer service and quality work you can trust! I loved it.

Kiara was the first person to diligently contact me, she answered any questions I had and made everything easy for me so that I could have the information, via email, which I really appreciate… since time is very precious to me. When I went to see the vehicle and take a test driving, I was attended by Rashaan who also offered me excellent service, answering all the additional questions I had, everything was fast and efficient. One of the things that I liked the most is that at no time did I feel pressured, they were not calling me all the time and insisting on me, they let me make my decision. Thank you so much, guys. Easy online appointment booking, on time service, recommendation on changes-must do and nice to do, upfront pricing and good work done. I waited in Lounge and worked from… there. Good Wifi and work desk arrangement. Diagnostic nightmare
