Very pleasant people. I made my appointment in person a few weeks prior to getting my first (8,000 mile) maintenance performed. Although I did have trouble using the app to set my appointment I had to go to the dealership to ask a few questions regarding all the. Ella and whistles in my new car. Once they saw my mileage they asked if I had already set my maintenance appointment. I said I tried several times on the app and thought it was. Set the following week. The salesman (Willie) went to confirm my appointment and it was determined my appointment wasn’t showing. So Willie got me an appointment the following week. When I got to the service department the day of my appointment I was met by Sar who was expecting my arrival and had paperwork ready for me to sign. He explained what was going to be done with my car and showed me where I could wait. After done with the maintenance another person (Breannah) checked is out and and showed us to our car which was just outside the service department. Everyone who we met while at the dealership was, and have always been, very friendly and helpful including Peter.
