    Joseph was very nice, informative, and helpful in determining what was needed to fix the issue. He did not push unnecessary repairs and walked me through my options. Pricing is higher at the dealership but still reasonable. You get what you pay for.

    I purchased an XC 60 in 2021 from Northpoint Volvo sales rep Richard "Rick" Small. He is the best! So kind, knowledgeable, easy to chat with, and explains everything. I leased an XC 90 this time, Dec 2024, and the service was even better. He guided me to better terms with the current financial interest rate landscape and my usage patterns. I cannot recommend Mr. Rick and Northpoint Volvo enough!

    I found a car for my daughter and we went to test drive it. Louis greeted us and informed us that someone had put a deposit down to hold the car we wanted to drive. He suggested two alternates and had them brought around for us to look at/drive. My daughter was disappointed that the original car we came to see was unavailable, but she gave the alternates a chance. Ultimately, we left without purchasing a car. Throughout all of this, Louis never pressured us to make a decision, and answered all of our questions. Later that same night, Louis texted me and let me know the deal fell through in the original car we wanted, and set up a test drive with us. We purchased the car and my daughter hasn’t stopped smiling. The entire process was very pleasant and pressure-free. Zack helped us through the financial process, answering all of our questions. Overall a very pleasant experience! Will definitely give Louis, Zack and North Point Volvo a look for future vehicle purchases!

  • Went Up On Price almost 2K

    Thought you had a sucker because I am a woman and went up close to 2K on a 21 year old vehicle. Seriously they did that! I have screenshots to prove it. What you didn't know is that I have car salemen in my family. Be careful who you try to rip off!

  • Don't buy a "Certified" Pre Owned

    After purchasing my " certified" pre-owned, I was in another dealership 3 days later for 3.5 hours having my car serviced for items that were " certified" as OK.

    Test drove a car there, was not pressured. Salesman went along on ride but was not pushy or trying to sell a car that day once we made it clear we were just trying to figure out if we wanted a Volvo at all. Before we had to ask they said they'd take invoice price on the vehicle due to a sale. I checked edmunds and other sites and that was about the best I could expect. Very professional approach, offered us an overnight test drive which was great. I consider that a must if you want to be sure you like a vehicle. Followed up with a couple of phone calls to us, but not pushy about it. I definitely prefer this approach and would pay a little more to get it.

  • Solid, no BS approach won us over

    Test drove XC60 and S60 vehicles. Salesman was professional, knowledgeable, and low-pressure. Salesman was up front and offered their best-price deal ($500 below invoice) at our first test drive. They let us take a vehicle home for a weekend and offered with a second. We were very patient before making an offer, looking at many other vehicles, but they didn't harrass us other than to check in once via email. Negotiation was fast and fair based on Edmunds and other info we had. Price slightly below invoice. They were smart enough to realize we were prepared buyers and instantly matched the best price from another buying service online. No tricks, gimmicks, pressure to buy add-ons (one product of dubious value was quickly removed from "standard" when we asked them to). Paperwork was ready for signing when we showed back up for delivery and we were in/out in under half an hour. This is how they all should do it. Only hiccup was tag person did not transfer our existing tag but bought a new one, costing us $25 extra. Vehicle was spotless when delivered. Just a very different vibe than the usually "creeped out" one you get at many show rooms. Their color/options selection could be better, but we did find one we liked. Like many Volvo dealers, they still expect buyers to want plain, vanilla, boring versions of their cars, even though they have new exciting designs. For example, they had no S60's with the adjustable sport suspension option, even though it's only $750. If you want to face off BMW's, you need that. They may have even figured this out by now, however.

    We began our experience at North Point Volvo by simply walking onto the property. We were shuffled from one sales person to another. When a sales person was finally identified for us that person could not keep focused on us as he was continuously distracted by other sales prospects. We set 2 appointments and neither was honored when we arrived at the dealership. The ultimate affront was when we were to take a car out for a test drive, left our own workplace early to make it on time, and then sat for 30 minutes without any acknowledgement of our presence. Finally after becoming totally frustrated with the dealership, we left. While walking out we noticed our so called salesman working with another customer even though we had an appointment. When we contacted the general manager by phone he was dismissive of our comments and supportive of his salesman's actions. Our final action with this dealership was to leave a message for the owner who never returned our call. This dealership is a disaster in our opinion. Note: subsequent to our experience at North Point we purchased a Volvo and had a satisfying experience at another dealership.

    Exceptional service from the service advisor to the technician. Pricing is always fair & very competitive to independents. They are my place for all maintenance & repair. This is a hard thing to find in today's world and I appreciate it.

    Purchasing a vehicle from this dealership was the best auto buying experience I have had in many yrs. From the salesperson Tom to the Sales Manager Karen, this was an enjoyable purchase. I got the new car I wanted @ the price agreed upon over the phone (no surprises), and the vehicle was ready when promised. I highly recommend the team @ North Point Volvo!

    It had been 6 years since I had purchased my last Volvo, from a dealer in Chamblee. The experience was so bad that I had put off this purchase for six months- just not wanting to deal with it. Finally I decided that it was absolutely time for a new car so I went onto Google Reviews to see who was ranked highest for sales and service. I was astounded at the difference- North Point Volvo seemed to be head and shoulders above the rest, so I contacted them directly through the internet. I was routed to their Internet Manager, Ross Blaising who coincidentally was mentioned in about 75% of the reviews from Google. I had hoped that I was in good hands. So we began our dialog and he answered all of my questions and invited me to come up for a visit. When my wife and I arrived, he immediately began to get his team working on our trade in vehicle value and we toured his new cars and asked dozens of questions. He was patient and asked us all relavant questions. After test driving our various options, he simply looked at us and asked 'so do you want it?' There was no pressure, no cajoling- he was simply there to help us solve a problem. After we said yes, he sat us down for paperwork and to discuss numbers, all the while talking about cycling, family, travels, etc. Occasionally, he would stop and tell us where we were in the process and what to expect next. 45 minutes later we owned our new XC70 and it felt like only 15 minutes had passed. This has hands down, been the best car buying experience of my life. During our time together, Ross was kind, smart, helpful and charming. North Point Volvo has won our loyalty forever. Life's too short to ever deal with lesser Volvo dealers in town, go to North Point and ask for Ross.

About our dealership
