    I had to bring in my 2018 BMW 5l40i in for repairs that were not covered under warranty. The car has 100K miles on it and I’ve had no problems. The repairs were the result of damage from objects in the roadway, bent two tire rims and a torsion bar. They work with me to find a reasonable solution that was cost-effective. All the work was completed in several days. I’ve been a customer at Field’s BMW for 15+ years and very satisfied.

  • No response to post service calls

    Car service is always good however in few scenarios I had to revisit for silly mistakes done there: - Not clearing the alert/notification after service - do not respond to messages post service - Forgot to tight the screw/nuts making something flaps under the car.

    Elita is so helpful! She gives update on the status of my vehicle and she is very accommodating. The rest of the BMW winter park is helpful as well. It is well worth driving all the way to BMW winter park for their service.

    For most people taking your car for service is a chore. Not for me, Kareem, Chris are the best. Never have to wait, service is done as promised, they greet me by name. The waiting area is great for just waiting or working.

  • Stolen items

    On 8/10/23 I dropped off my car to be serviced. When the repairs were done I was told I had to wait a couple of days because they damaged the front bumper. On 8/31/23 I retrieved my car after leaving the facility I noticed all of my loose change was missing and things that were in my armrest were on the seat. I pulled over to check the car and noticed two of my glasses, two pairs of sneakers and other miscellaneous items were missing. So I called James Delvecchio (the rep that handled the repairs) to inform him of my findings. He stated that maybe my car was one of the cars vandalized when someone jumped the fence of the establishment. Then I was transferred to Chris Decallo he told me to send the model number to the missing items after doing so he then inform me that the items were of great value ($2500) and a police report would have to be filed, but he wasn't clear on who or how it was supposed to done! I also asked about the camera on the premises and he got angry and said that the car was there for a couple of days so it is not possible to run them back and he's not responsible for my items. After that conversation I've been calling and leaving messages and no one has contacted me back.

    Big dealership, but excellent sales department and service. I had to take my M5 for service last week. It was a complicated A/C repair. Like always my service coordinator Brandon took care of me. I was given a late model 5 series as a loaner Brandon kept me updated during the entire time. I’m absolutely satisfied with my service experience. I would also like to mention my salesperson and friend Dennis Ferguson for his experience and professional skills.

    BMW Car Fax Review: Fields BMW was very thorough with only charging me the $99.00 Inspection Fee. I purchased this car from Fields BMW in 2012. The car has been through a lot with a couple accidents and neighbors backing into it on 2 - 3 different occasions. The car was stalling out, so I brought it in for a checkup. Fields did a great job in repairing the starter motor $800.58. Crank shaft Sensor $180.92, $29.64 2 rear brake light bulbs, belt tensioner pulley & belts & torx screw $281.54. Breather Vent Hose $97.49 & Replace the Radiator Hose Clamp & Venting Line $78.10. Total Parts =$1498.33 +Labor & Tax $1655.00 =$3153.33. Now I'm leaving and I see the Brake Fluid light is on after all the other repairs and I wondered why this wasn't suggested to be fixed after all they had my car for 6 days. So, I decided to get the brake flush =$102.34. Grand Total $3,255.67. Arie did a great job helping me and the manager Brian D. gave me a $100.00 Manager's Special off the repair bill & a jelly of the month club award for the best customer of the year. Keep up the good work and if you want to buy my car for $7000.00 it's all yours not the $1000.00 that you told me after I paid my bill. I’m so grateful now this is all under warranty should I decide to sell my car. Merry Christmas & Happy New Year! P.S. My favorite flavor of jelly is strawberry.
