  • Wrost car buying experience

    This is a horrible place to buy a car from. These people are [non-permissible content removed] and will do everything to ditch you. I had but first bought used car and then was forced to buy new car from them even though I was in well in timeline to return if any issues. At the end I end up paying (>66K) more then I supposed to for a brand new GLC 300 with defective interior lighting. Would never put a step on to their ground. Not worth dealing with [non-permissible content removed] because they don’t have morals. STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!! RP and Edens are worst people to deal with. they are greedy and untrustworthy.

    I initially called Tampa. That’s where I bought my car and they couldn’t get me in for one month. I called your dealership and Brianna was able to get me in the very next day she went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. I will no longer ever go to Tampa again. I will always use Wesley Chapel moving forward.

    My experience has been good as Susan is very energetic and positive; however, the computer on my vehicle indicated I needed an A7 service, but was informed I needed to have a B Service which was $2300 dollars I did not budget for as I had called to get a rough estimate for the A7. Susan indicated that since it was over 60k in miles the "B" service was necessary; therefore, I went ahead and completed the "B"Service, exceeding my intended spend. The computer system has been set at all times by the service department so why would it have said it needs "A7" service and not "B"?

    Working with Mercedes Wesley Chapel is a horrific experience. For such a high end luxury car, this is the bottom of the barrel staff. You really need to be on your toes going to this dealership, they will make up any kind of charge to add to your bill and then try to explain it when it is literally a [non-permissible content removed] charge, be warned and be careful, I would never go to this dealership again!

    Price was ridiculous for an oil change. Added extra services not needed. I don’t plan to go back. Service advisor disappeared several times and had other priorities it seemed. Never provided updates on service and did not complete the service by the time I explained that I needed to leave for work.

    Very good experience overall with professional, courteous and informative treatment from the sales team. My salesperson was Mauricio Chavez who worked with me and we drove several vehicles. We tested all the new tech and it helped to have a person who also drove a Mercedes and knew the tech. I felt little to no pressure to buy, but it was the last day of the month so I think they were more pressed than I as far as making a deal that day. I've owned the Mercedes S class so I already had an idea of what I wanted and what to expect. The upgrade in tech is well worth the purchase and they made me a very good deal which will bring me back for service and sales again when needed.

    I had an unexpected repair come up on a Saturday morning, and was scheduled to travel out of town later that day. I called the service department of MB of Wesley Chapel, and Austin (service advisor) was able to secure an appointment that morning. Once I arrived, I was treated exceptional, and my issue was resolved shortly after. I will continue to take my car to Austin, and the folks at MB of Wesley Chapel.
