onMy experience has been good as Susan is very energetic and positive; however, the computer on my vehicle indicated I needed an A7 service, but was informed I needed to have a B Service which was $2300 dollars I did not budget for as I had called to get a rough estimate for the A7. Susan indicated that since it was over 60k in miles the "B" service was necessary; therefore, I went ahead and completed the "B"Service, exceeding my intended spend. The computer system has been set at all times by the service department so why would it have said it needs "A7" service and not "B"?
