  • Extremely Disappointing and Deceptive Sales Practices

    My experience at Arrigo CDJR Sawgrass was shockingly unprofessional. After agreeing on a lease deal for a 2025 Ram 1500 with salesman Milot Vancol, including a specific down payment and monthly price, the offer sheet he sent was riddled with errors. When I pointed this out, he refused to correct it. Sales Manager Kenny Kelly then got involved, assuring me the situation would be "made right." He even confirmed the agreed-upon down payment over the phone. However, after driving over 60 miles to the dealership, we discovered Mr. Kelly had misled us. The down payment was hundreds of dollars more than promised. He dismissed this as a "misunderstanding" and offered no apology for wasting our time or blatantly misleading us. This bait-and-switch tactic is unacceptable. To make matters worse, I emailed General Manager Andrew Vislosky detailing this experience and received no response. This complete lack of accountability is appalling. I urge anyone considering Arrigo CDJR Sawgrass to be extremely cautious. Their lack of transparency and disregard for customers is a huge red flag.

    Don't go here at all. A dealership is a business and they are run on honesty say what you mean and mean what you say and stand by your word and every employee is a link to the chain all for one and one for all but not this place lies dishonesty no respect this was absolutely the worst I have ever been done by dealership in my life and in my late 50s to do a costumer this dirty is beyond unexceptable and cost me money that will take me 3 to 6 months to get back. Because I already had everything completely set up and they sold my vehicle right out from under me. And all I got was there's nothing we can do. This dealership shouldn't even be in business if you're smart stay away from here.

    I recently had a disappointing experience at Arrigo Sawgrass. On Monday, January 22, I brought in my 2018 Challenger for a routine checkup due to an oil leak. The service advisor inspected the vehicle and, despite assuring me there was no leak, recommended attention to the front caliper and rotors. I received a call on Saturday, stating that my car was ready for pickup. However, upon settling the bill and picking up my vehicle, I was shocked to find a substantial scratch on the center console—a blemish that was undeniably absent when I initially left my car with the service team. Despite immediately bringing this to the attention of my service advisor, the team seems reluctant to acknowledge the damage. In an attempt to address the issue, I spoke with the service manager, Mr. Jay Fernandez, who, unfortunately, dismissed my concerns, implying that the scratch was pre-existing and questioning my honesty. I want to emphasize that the scratch was not present when I entrusted my car to Arrigo Sawgrass. This experience has been a tremendous disappointment, and I am disheartened by the lack of accountability and professionalism displayed by the team. While I understand that mistakes can happen, the refusal to acknowledge and rectify the situation is both disturbing and unacceptable. As a loyal customer, I had expected a higher standard of service from Arrigo Sawgrass. I hope the management takes immediate action to investigate this matter thoroughly and address the concerns raised. Restoring accountability and professionalism would undoubtedly enhance the overall customer experience.

    the sales staff does not attack you while entering the dealership. chis is a old school salesman the a great demeanor and approach. no pressure no games he is a great listener and work for the customer. he will off you a cold drink or snack. thank you Chris for making the deal work. I recommend chis at this dealership.
  • Poor customer assistance

    I took my Limited Ram Truck for a simple oil and filter change on 07/06/2023. After 3 hours of waiting the advisor informed me they don't have the filter and the service could not be performed. He asked me to come back another day. Arrigo Sawgrass dealership is far away from my home about 30 miles. I don't mind to drive that far because I had a great experience when I bought my Ram in this location. But the service department is a different story. They don't take good care of the customer. Horrible experience taking the day off from my work to return back without servicing my truck.

    I turned in my Wrangler to them for regular maintenance. They smoked in my car and denied any responsibility. I also found a condom in the vehicle. When I confronted Eric Casa, he denied those allegations.

    After trying to contact the dealership about a 2023 gladiator I was messaged by 3 people who I simply requested one of them to send over pictures of the actual vehicle they stated they have in stock . It all I received was yes it is in stock and then we will verify if it is in stock ( 2 different answers). Then all I hear is when can you come in , when can you come in, when can you come in. This is annoying to constantly try to persuade consumers to just come in versus trying to actually help them.

    Easy negotiations, no pressure, I knew what I wanted, they had the exact car and how much I was willing to spend, they sold me the car for invoice less the $1000. rebate and gave me fair market value for my trade. Very satisfied, would definetely reccomend this dealership.

    Horrible experience. Went at 7:30 on Labor Day to buy a Jeep, was told they close at 7 when there ad and online hours say 9. Came back next night. (30 minute drive for us). Salesman got the Jeep we test drove ready and told us to take the stuff out of my trade in without working out a price or financing. Then he got mad when I wouldn't sign a purchase agreement without an amount saying he wanted to go home like I was buying socks! Then finance made us wait 2 hours for the numbers. At 9:15 pm I told them I had to leave we had been there 2 hours and the arrogant manager (?) instead of apologizing says "two hours isn't long, it takes longer than that" Then when I tried to explain that my husband and I work in the day which is why we had to come at night but it was 9:15 and we didn't have an answer yet he then says "we work in the daytime too". I just didn't get it. They were so rude and treated us so horribly. I have bought about 10 new cars and have never had such a bad experience and left without the car I wanted and was prepared to buy.
