I went to purchase a New 2025 Kia K5, I test drove 3 cars before I decided to on a car. Josh B Salesman Anthony Sales manager and Derek… Finance Manager were very thorough with my car shopping experience. They made sure I left with a car even if it wasn’t the brand new 2025 Kia K5 . I left with a cheaper one, thank you guys again for the hard work and dedication you guys put in for this deal to work in my favor.No better place.

He was very patient, did not pressure me for a sale, professional and very knowledgeable regarding the K4. My… experience was very pleasant. I have purchased other vehicles from Rick Case and have always been very satisfied. The K4 is a beautification car. It is very quiet running, smooth riding, quick accelerating and nicely appointed. The purchase process was easy dealing with Amer El Haj and the closing was handled very efficiently by Otto Alponte. He answered any question clearly and made the closing friendly and pleasant. I recommend Ruck Case and Amer El Haj when you decide to purchase your next car.Excellent contact with service writer

After a nightmare experience at other local dealerships, Sean my sales guy and the turn in expert really helped me out. I do wish there were more kid friendly… areas or even a nursing zone for mothers but otherwise I was happy with the team. Love my new mom car so much!Great customer service!

by Roy on 03/27/2025The problem came when they saw aftermarket tweeters in the A pillars and assumed that the flea market install them, they just cut the wires then called me to tell me they were cutting the wires. When I told them please don't, there is a… quick release plug right there and I would be there n 10 mins, when i arrive in 10 mins they are ready cut the tweeter wires. I showed them look right here not more than 3 inches from the cut wires was the quick release plug. There was no i am sorry or my bad. It was more like how dare you add something to the car and how dare u question us. The up front guy seemed not to give a care and the head guy did listen to my issues, but really could have cared less, is what I took from our conversation. Really left me with a bad felling. Just plain poor...Very helpful

Robert Popola stood outside smoking in my face as he informed me he still had 2 minutes to finish! I have cancer which I told… him I wasn’t feeling well as I had chemo before I came there but he continued blowing smoke in my face. I will never be back I will never recommend this dealership!! I told him I was going to give him a bad review and he told me he was looking forward to it! Very unprofessional he could definitely use some retraining! The way he spoke and the fact he was blowing smoke in my face I will never be back!Great Service
