The problem came when they saw aftermarket tweeters in the A pillars and assumed that the flea market install them, they just cut the wires then called me to tell me they were cutting the wires. When I told them please don't, there is a quick release plug right there and I would be there n 10 mins, when i arrive in 10 mins they are ready cut the tweeter wires. I showed them look right here not more than 3 inches from the cut wires was the quick release plug. There was no i am sorry or my bad. It was more like how dare you add something to the car and how dare u question us. The up front guy seemed not to give a care and the head guy did listen to my issues, but really could have cared less, is what I took from our conversation. Really left me with a bad felling. Just plain poor...
