Purchased a 2025 KIA K4 recently at Rick Case Kia on Sunrise Blvd in Sunrise. Florida. My Sales Representative was Amer El Haj. He was very patient, did not pressure me for a sale, professional and very knowledgeable regarding the K4. My experience was very pleasant. I have purchased other vehicles from Rick Case and have always been very satisfied. The K4 is a beautification car. It is very quiet running, smooth riding, quick accelerating and nicely appointed. The purchase process was easy dealing with Amer El Haj and the closing was handled very efficiently by Otto Alponte. He answered any question clearly and made the closing friendly and pleasant.
