onThe dealership and service manager were respectful and helpful. However, I'm assuming due to "supply-chain" issues, wiper blades and an letter/emblem were not in stock and had to be ordered. I was disappointed that I have to bring the car back, but this probably is symptomatic of the times we all are experiencing.
