I had an appointment to purchase but the paperwork didnt begin till an hour after my apt which made me late the rest of the day for my apts. I am still waiting for 2 items I requested… multiple times. Salesman Anwar was great and friendly.2025 Santa Fe

He had suggestions but never pushed. One comment that does not… reflect on Nicholas, the dealership must have called 8 times over the span of 3 days to follow up on schedules, too much.Slide into a new ride

He was extremely personable, professional, and engaged the entire process,… without being pushy. The interaction was great, unlike the experience I had only a week prior. I went to a large dealership group in Coral Springs (no names, but locals can guess which one), and the customer service was horrible. I love the car, and hopefully the service experience will be just as pleasant, whenever regular maintenance is needed.Excellent
