Our purchase took over a week to complete, couldn't decide between buying used or leasing new. But Nicholas Forbes was patient, informative, and very receptive to our needs. He had suggestions but never pushed. One comment that does not reflect on Nicholas, the dealership must have called 8 times over the span of 3 days to follow up on schedules, too much.
