by vaibhav khobragade on 03/04/2025I used to live in Miami , recently moved to Atlanta. I have been dealing with an excellent sales man named Chad, always gave me fair deals. Recently he moved to another dealership. So unfortunately, I had to deal with Ankur. I made sure all… my paper work is in place, such as applications etc. I drove back to Miami from Atlanta to change my car, Ankur said everything is in place and you will have the same deal which previous salesman had given me . As soon as i walk-in to dealership I was caught by surprise that they re-collected my credit . Started to give me different deals which are basically costing me more. After an hour of negotiation i had to accept an offer. Surprises were not done yet… I go to finance manager to sign the deal and he tells me he is fighting with hyundai to get me a better deal because they have accepted me for higher monthly charges. He made me start signing documents to return my car and then he tells me oh i am sorry hyundai is not doing any better price for you and you are accepted for higher price. At this point I have no choice but to unhappily accept an offer with a 12 hr drive ahead of me.Abdel

I was greeted and we went right out to the lot to find the car. Salesman was attentive and prompt to get me the deal I… wanted. Finance was smooth and quick. Total time about 2 hours. Got the same treatment for a purchase back in Dec 2024 so I went back. 2nd purchase was a different location for the same dealership but got the same great service!Great salesman

While I was there, I was approached by sales with interest to purchase my 2023 Hyundai Santa… Cruz. I ultimately worked with Christian Bianchi in sales. He was fantastic!!! Not pushy, very respectful and took excellent care of me! Claude in Finance took time with me and answered all my questions. I went home with a beautiful 2025 Santa Fe. Do your research ahead of time to make process easier (credit score, approves interest rate, make… sure credit not frozen, info on the car, tradein, bring old car title). Location was clean, easy to find, and has ample parking. The price and pictures of the car online was the same on-site. However, prices does not include fees and taxes. Double check quote before signing documents as there may be an error or car accessories missing. Ask your questions. Got a precertified used vehicle, so come with a mechanic you trust to confirm the car is in good condition. Know your budget.MY NEW SANTA FE SEL

The first time I arrived there and parked my vehicle, everyone that passed me greeted me. One in particular aimed directly at me, perhaps it was his turn… to try to sell a car, introduced himself as Oscar. He was very kind, knowledgeable, attentive to my needs, very personable and never used pressuring selling skills. After I left that dealership, I knew that when I was actually ready to buy a car, that I was going to try the hardest to have Oscar as my salesman. 10 days later it all happened with the help of his sales manager Nick. They made it almost impossible for me to say ‘no’. Nick offered a very competitive deal I could not pass. And to finalize the deal, Jorge in finance made it very easy; explained everything very clearly and did not try to push warrantees I did not want. I really loved my experience and would definitely wear a Hyundai t-shirt ,if I had one, as a proud owner. I will for sure bring friends around. Thank you
