Oil Change
by IAMbizyb on 12/01/2023I was at the doors for service at 7 am was in line behind 1 other car there was only 3 cars doors opened I drove in then waited for 20 min as they took care of the late arrivals on the right, no organization. The proceeded to wait 2 1/2… hours for an oil change , I like to go to a dealer especialy with a new car but 2 1/2 hours is way to long. I suggest that early morning take 1 of the exits and mark it for oil changes. I think that the other 7 cars they took care of before me took my place in the oil change. 3rd car in and last car serviced organization.Hi, we regret to hear that you are displeased with your recent experience with us. They have gone from being like every other car a lot 20 years ago, to the only company that I will have service my car or purchase a vehicle when the time comes.… The only downside is that when you go to service your vehicle, They want to talk to you about upgrading to the newest year. all you have to do is say no. Work done on time and explained but at a high cost.

No Haggle "Gimmick"
by tlagrasta on 11/12/2023Unfortunately, my experience was not as pleasant as most people writing reviews. I can’t really blame the dealership; the issue was I became complacent with the buying experience and forgot that car dealers are sleazy by nature. It is… like getting mad at a shark because you got bit. I forgot what I was dealing with and got sucked in to their “No Haggle” gimmick. Sat with the salesperson, who laid out all of the numbers which I agreed to, perfect!. The issue occurred when I then had to sit with the Finance Manager. I had to have said “no” at least 8 times that I wasn’t interested in any kind of bogus extended warranty, which his badgering got to the point which I just about walked because he wouldn’t quit. I then was presented with an iPad which he clicked through as Mach speed, mostly because we had been there for 3+ hours and it was almost closing time. Imagine my surprise when I got home and reviewed the paperwork to find that I paid an extra $1,700.00 for a warranty! Again, car dealers are predators and the fault lies completely on me for not reading all of the paperwork in its entirety. Do not let your guard down with this Auto Nation dealer, their first job is to separate you from as much money as possible, it is their nature.Hello, we regret to hear that you had a negative experience with us, but would appreciate the chance to turn your experience around. Battery needed?
