Oil Change

I was at the doors for service at 7 am was in line behind 1 other car there was only 3 cars doors opened I drove in then waited for 20 min as they took care of the late arrivals on the right, no organization. The proceeded to wait 2 1/2 hours for an oil change , I like to go to a dealer especialy with a new car but 2 1/2 hours is way to long. I suggest that early morning take 1 of the exits and mark it for oil changes. I think that the other 7 cars they took care of before me took my place in the oil change. 3rd car in and last car serviced organization.
