No Haggle "Gimmick"

Unfortunately, my experience was not as pleasant as most people writing reviews. I can’t really blame the dealership; the issue was I became complacent with the buying experience and forgot that car dealers are sleazy by nature. It is like getting mad at a shark because you got bit. I forgot what I was dealing with and got sucked in to their “No Haggle” gimmick. Sat with the salesperson, who laid out all of the numbers which I agreed to, perfect!. The issue occurred when I then had to sit with the Finance Manager. I had to have said “no” at least 8 times that I wasn’t interested in any kind of bogus extended warranty, which his badgering got to the point which I just about walked because he wouldn’t quit. I then was presented with an iPad which he clicked through as Mach speed, mostly because we had been there for 3+ hours and it was almost closing time. Imagine my surprise when I got home and reviewed the paperwork to find that I paid an extra $1,700.00 for a warranty! Again, car dealers are predators and the fault lies completely on me for not reading all of the paperwork in its entirety. Do not let your guard down with this Auto Nation dealer, their first job is to separate you from as much money as possible, it is their nature.
