Had a great experience buying my Civic Type R!

Internal communications are excellent, avoiding any customer… misunderstandings. No dealer packs were pushed on us in contrast to other dealers for the 2016 Pilot we desired. our salesman Michael Grady never missed a beat. These guys demonstrate how customer-sensitive business discipline produces volume sales. They do things right and got our business. All this despite being 40 miles from our home.2015 Accord Sport

Easy Buying Experience
by djenk38us on 04/05/2015My wife and I recently went to test drive a Honda Odyssey Touring Elite from Courtesy Honda. Our salesperson, Jamie, was very helpful and very knowledgeable on the van. He had a lot of enthusiasm about the vans many features and he was… attentive to our needs. He did not try to hard sell us with the vehicle purchase that day and understood our vehicle requirements and specific color. The purchase experience was actually pretty easy. We got a fair price on the vehicle and the car purchase process was a breeze. Again, we were not pressured in buying All the extras that most dealerships try to persuade you at the end. In my opinion, it was one of the easiest car purchase processes I have ever had on a vehicle. When we buy our next vehicle, we will be stopping by at Courtesy Honda first!Low stress auto purchase

Our salesperson, Desiree knew her cars and addressed each and every question we had, no BS. I like it… when a salesperson says that if they don't know the answer they will find it from someone more expert. But Desiree knew everything we asked. Our car was not in stock but we did not want to go to another dealer, we felt at home here. We were kept in the loop all along as the sale progressed. We are happy to have bought our Honda CR-V at this business and will recommend it to others. Even Elyin Perez, the finance director was an expert at what he did and had a handle on any and all of our questions. I am a happy camper.Great Experience

Close to Perfect !!
by patl4 on 11/15/2014I went through AAA/TrueCar.com, got three quotes, eventually contacted one of the dealers and settled on a price. I just wanted it in blue, but not driven from far away. I heard nothing from them for 10 days. 4 days after I made that… inquiry, Desiree checked back in and offered to beat the price. She and Michele not only beat the price, over the next 7-8 days they kept me informed of their constant search throughout the state, especially when there was a hint of one within reach. As our eyes were all looking south, one entered the area from the north. A few more phone calls and it arrived the following day. An absolute pleasure buying this car from the Desiree/Michele team. I didn't have my approved loan info, and their office was closed, so Elgin worked his magic getting me an excellent rate before I drove my beautiful blue 2015 FIT to its new home. My 3rd new Honda over 24yrs.Don is an AllStar!!

Not only did this dealership beat every other dealership in a 75 mile radius on the EXACT same car I wanted, but the sales associate, Desiree,… was more than accommodating. She was very real with me and was very honest through the entire process. I thoroughly researched the 2014 Honda Civic I was interested in before arriving at the dealership and Desiree was able to confidently and truthfully answer every question I had for her. She made me feel very welcome and did not hassle me to purchase more than what was necessary. The financial department worked wonders when it came to my situation, my husband currently deployed and out of contact. They even spoke on the phone with the bank that I had my loan through and managed to get all of the paperwork done in a timely manner. While all of the paperwork was being sorted and signed, Desiree took my new car to the gas station, filled it up, and had the car washed and detailed. The sales manager called me the next day to follow up with my purchase and made sure I was completely happy with my new car. I now have a beautiful new car at a fair price all thanks to this wonderful dealership. They even gave me a GREAT deal on my trade in!! We were able to negotiate the price over the phone prior to going into pick up the vehicle so instead of spending 4 to 6 hours… purchasing a car, we spent a couple of hours while the car was detailed, etc. Overall a much less stressful experience. by PKStevens on 08/13/2014Received call from Lilly S about 2 weeks ago while in NY letting me know of Honda incentives offered on leasing a new 2014 since our 2012 Accord lease was up in 2 mos. When I returned I called and everything was worked out over the phone… with Lilly and Aaron S getting a great price including tax on the new vehicle. We made the appointment for Monday evening and from her introduction to the time we left with the new car Lilly handled my wife and I in a friendly, professional manner explaining everything about the vehicle making sure we were totally comfortable. When someone is passionate about their job and does it with knowledge and sincere concern for you, that make the whole experience enjoyable. I have purchased and leased many automobiles in my lifetime and this was by far the best experience I have ever had. From Lilly and Aaron to Elgin , the Finance guy who closed the loan documents with us, we were made aware of everything along the way. Elgin was truly professional and for someone like me who spent 25 yrs in banking I can appreciate the great job he did. I have been dealing with Palm Harbor Honda for purchases and service for over 10 yrs and will continue in the future. Best buying experience ever
by excooperguy on 06/17/2014I have purchased 17 vehicles and each time it was about as pleasurable as a root canal. So I went to Courtesy Honda all prepared for battle and hours of haggling. The first offer was right on the money with a fair trade in price for my car… and a fair price a new CR-V. Everything was perfect except the financing deal as I had some problems when the construction business tanked. The sales manager, Phil S, went way and above the call of duty as he worked several hours getting me a better deal. Within a few hours I had my car with very reasonable financing. This is the first time in fifty years I had a pleasant buying experience. Thank you Courtesy Palm Harbor Honda and Phil SThank you for your outstanding review. Tireless Effort

I was pretty sure I wasn't in a position to buy a new car and stay within a budget I could afford. I recently started to rebuild my credit after a divorce and the… banks weren't offering a rate that would allow me to afford a payment that was reasonable. Joe not only helped me find the car I wanted but continuously sought out the best deal he could to make sure I did get the car I wanted for a price that fit my budget.Thank you for your 5 star sales feedback. Mixed Feelings....
by chileheadcraig on 02/16/2010When shopping for the used car, the salesman was as nice as you can expect for a "used car salesman" and he was not rude or overly pushy by any means. He was "persistant" and had some trouble giving us personal space when we were trying to… make a decision, but in the end I think we ended up with a fair price (slighty better than Edmunds TMV). Just know that there is a dealer charge ($700) that they tack on once you reach a price. I forgot that they do this, but thinking back, all dealerships do it. Just keep that in mind when negotiating a price and decide if you are okay with paying it. I think they realize that you have spent all your negotiating energy by that point so you will let it slip through. In my case, they were right. I was ready to "get gone". Where you need to watch your butt is when going through financing. The lady was very sneaky about interest rates when trying to set up the paperwork. I told her that I was approved through a bank already and she said she could run the deal through them to make it easier. I told her the bank I was working with and she looked them up in her system and said that whatever they offered me, they would offer her since its the same bank. I will never learn, but we went ahead with the paperwork through them. When calling my bank after the fact, it turns out I was charged an unnecessary $100 fee and an extra 0.35% on the rate, but I already signed the paperwork so the deal was done. Since we plan to pay it off in a couple years, my stupidity wont cost us as much. My advice is to bring your financing in hand and insist that you use it. All in all, a standard transaction as far as car dealerships go. Like all of them, go in educated on all counts or they can take you for a ride. I still like my Honda though :)Terrific Experience and service

Not knowing anyone in the area, we stumbled upon Palm Harbor Honda's web site and established contact with their on line sales representative… Phillip Ondriezek. As luck would have it, Phil and the crew and Palm Harbor Honda exceeded all of our expectations. Phil was extremely responsive and accomodating. he even picked my family and I up at the airport to take us over to the dealership to pick up our car. We ended up getting a really nice deal on a car which was in great shape and we look forward to many years of good use out of it. Phil and the staff at Palm Harbor Honda will do whatever it takes to make sure you (the customer), are satisfied. We are sure that if we have any further car needs, Phil will be the guy we go to. Give Palm Harbor Honda a try before you make any other buying decisions. It will be well worth your time.
