What a difference from other dealerships, particular other Honda dealers. We were greeted so warmly and attentively and felt welcomed. Our salesperson, Desiree knew her cars and addressed each and every question we had, no BS. I like it when a salesperson says that if they don't know the answer they will find it from someone more expert. But Desiree knew everything we asked. Our car was not in stock but we did not want to go to another dealer, we felt at home here. We were kept in the loop all along as the sale progressed. We are happy to have bought our Honda CR-V at this business and will recommend it to others. Even Elyin Perez, the finance director was an expert at what he did and had a handle on any and all of our questions. I am a happy camper.
