I was contacted by this dealer through a car buying service and I am certainly happy that I was. Not only did this dealership beat every other dealership in a 75 mile radius on the EXACT same car I wanted, but the sales associate, Desiree, was more than accommodating. She was very real with me and was very honest through the entire process. I thoroughly researched the 2014 Honda Civic I was interested in before arriving at the dealership and Desiree was able to confidently and truthfully answer every question I had for her. She made me feel very welcome and did not hassle me to purchase more than what was necessary. The financial department worked wonders when it came to my situation, my husband currently deployed and out of contact. They even spoke on the phone with the bank that I had my loan through and managed to get all of the paperwork done in a timely manner. While all of the paperwork was being sorted and signed, Desiree took my new car to the gas station, filled it up, and had the car washed and detailed. The sales manager called me the next day to follow up with my purchase and made sure I was completely happy with my new car. I now have a beautiful new car at a fair price all thanks to this wonderful dealership. They even gave me a GREAT deal on my trade in!! I couldn't have asked for better service!!
