I have purchased 17 vehicles and each time it was about as pleasurable as a root canal. So I went to Courtesy Honda all prepared for battle and hours of haggling. The first offer was right on the money with a fair trade in price for my car and a fair price a new CR-V. Everything was perfect except the financing deal as I had some problems when the construction business tanked. The sales manager, Phil S, went way and above the call of duty as he worked several hours getting me a better deal. Within a few hours I had my car with very reasonable financing.
