    Had the pleasure of working with Brandon as our salesman. Very kind and helpful. We feel like we got a fair deal and did not get any type of run a round. Out of all dealerships we had conversations with Tom Gibbs was the most transparent and willing to work with us. I will be back when I make my next truck purchase again! We even made a sell of one of our vehicles and felt like even that was extremely fair. Thank YOU!!

  • great car, got robbed in the finance office

    This is the 3rd car I've bought from Gibbs, and went back to them because I thought I'd get good customer service. My lease was up but I was over the miles. They told me they were buying my car instead of turning it back to GM but that it would cost me some $$. I was not given details between the two, or a choice. I was horrified when I got to the finance office and found they were charging me 11%+ interest. I signed the contract and planned to find alternative financing. Later I got a letter from the bank they financed through saying they did not give me the best deal possible and THEY were lowering my interest rate more than 3%. Some [non-permissible content removed] named Michael from Gibbs called me about it and acted like it was just human error and said I'm lucky they're not making me come back in to sign another contract rate with the new interest rate on it since I live 90 miles away. I think I got screwed, and they got caught.

    Our salesman Frank Friel was fantastic, he gave us all the time in the lot and explained all the options and their benefits to us. Frank took his time not pressuring us to buy something we didn’t want or need. After the purchase we sat down with the finance manager Bryant Beals, he too was great. Bryant took the time showing and explaining all the different plans available and what would be most beneficial to our needs. The whole Tomm Gibbs concept is great no pressure or urgency to now or lose out.

    I found the vehicle online Sunday night and by Monday afternoon I was buying it. It was ready for me to just jump in and test drive. Honest, approachable and low key sales personnel as well as finance. Very impressive in an industry known for its shadiness and the hard core sell. Extremely satisfied with my deal!

    Top shelf Dealership. Bright young salesman Bill B. was very knowledgeable, courteous and helpful. The Dealership is bright , clean, and the staff are all as helpful as anyone could hope for. This Dealership does not drop you after a sale either. The service dept. and every Tom Gibbs employee are helpful and never make you feel like they are trying to rush you off. I appreciate that! I have been buying trucks for over 40 years, I have purchased many! Never from the same dealer twice. I have found a Dealership close to home, I will purchase here again!

    I bought my new Impala LTZ from Tom Gibbs Chevrolet and was extremely impressed with the sales person Megan. I got a great deal and was very pleased. Recently got an email from the service manager that the car was due for an oil change-tire rotation and scheduled it the next day although had less than 6000 miles on it but it was exactly one year old. And at no cost to me. Now that's great service! Don't buy a car new or used car/truck without checking with Tom Gibbs Chevrolet or you will make a mistake....believe me.

    I told the salesman, Mike, what I wanted & was very specific. He said he had the truck & I drove 45 min there, BF took the day off to bring my 2nd car as well for trade, only 2 find out it wasn't what I told him. I wanted a crew cab, he had an extended cab-big diff. Then, I thought he was texting me w/offers of trucks only to have him tell me, it was Mr G who did it. I asked him why then didn't he identify himself and why was he using the salesman's phone. Answer: he does that sometimes! To me, that's deceitful. Then Mike told me he can't find the truck I want in my price range and I needed to go up in my price! Well, Dave L @ Jon Hall Chevy found me my truck and I wasn't looking for leather, or a sliding back window, and he found it (plus it is a 4x4) for an awesome price!

    After filling out all paperwork and agreeing on a price given to me by dealer and waiting two days for my truck to show up, the dealer then waited for me to show up to take the vehicle home to tell me they were raising the price by $1200 because they were wrong and I was not going to get agreed upon rebates they said were offered by GM. The sad thing is they thought my anger was only about the money, and not the fact that two days earlier we had agreed on a certain amount and they changed it but waited for me to show up two days later to tell me. I am a contractor and there is no way I can enter a contract with someone but charge them this much more for a service rendered, and call it a good business practice. Sad, and I would never recommend a place like this to anyone. Period!
