Thought I Had A Good Experience Boy, Was I Wrong!!

Bought my new CX5 in January 2017, Sales Dept. did fine; Finance Dept. did too. Everything seemed OK until I had to bring in to Service Dept. for a fractured wheel rim. Only had car for 5 weeks; hit nothing, avoided every pothole and road object, yet they said I had to have hit something because a wheel wont just break like that. Dealership had car for almost 2 weeks. Never once did they contact me to let me know what was going on I called 5 times to determine the status. First they told that one warehouse did not have the part; then told part had not come in yet; then told not sure when part was coming. Was even told to expect a call from Adrian Sanders (the service advisor who handled this) when he arrived at 9am, 3/22, but never got that call. When I was finally able to get my car back, they handed me an invoice for over $500 and told me that they would not put it through warranty because they didnt think it would be accepted. Despite all of the calls I made to them, they never informed me of this charge, nor did they get authorization to proceed, which I thought was standard operating procedure. I would not have rejected the work, but it would have been nice to know about it beforehand. The answer from both the Kyle Cook, the service manager and Jeff Johnson, the general sales manager was they could put the old, broken wheel back on and not charge me anything Seriously, Is That Your Solution?! The best they would do is give me $150 off, which they said was giving me the wheel at way below cost. It would have been nice to not come in blindly to an unexpected charge; a lot more communication is so very necessary on this dealerships part. Ill be looking for someplace else for my service if this does not improve.

Everyone at Jenkins is very nice, and it is important to them that they serve the public to the best of their ability. They seek to inform and to keep you informed of the process in your car's progress. They have a very nice waiting room, and everyone who enters is very friendly. They deserve a 10 in all areas. I recommend them to all my friends.

This store has serviced my car since I purchased it 6 years ago. I trust no one else to perform required services. Friendly , family like knowledgeable environment along with competitive fair prices. I will more than likely purchase another CX9 in the not too distant future from this store.

We recently purchased a 2016 Mazda CX-5 from Jenkins. We traded in our 2012 model Mazda and got a good trade in value. The people there were very friendly and informative on products and service. We had decided on an SUV, as we're both getting older and they are much easier to get in and out of! Very satisfied with the people working there and the service we have received.

Phyllis is a great asset to your Service Department. She was very professional and helpful. She explained the problem the technician found with the Air Conditioner and helped with the coupons for reducing my cost. I was just a little surprised at the cost, but very pleased overall.

Service at all dealerships tends to be tedious and time-consuming (as well as expensive), but the service personnel at Jenkins (particularly Leo, the service mgr.), try to make the experience as painless as possible. I have had many experiences at multiple dealerships throughout NY and Florida, and Leo is one of the best service managers I've run into; honest and straight-forward, without all the usual B.S.; that alone makes the experience worth the wait, as I know I can speak to Leo man-to-man and know he will be straight with me. Waiting times could be shorter, but dealerships with a steady volume make that difficult, but I have also just dropped by to make an appt. and Leo has been able to get me in if my issue was not a major one. That is very much appreciated, and goes a long way towards making the service experience a more pleasant one.

New to Florida

My experience was exceptional. Jenkins had the best customer service that I've experienced in any business...period. It was my first encounter with a business in Florida and it knocked my socks off. Everyone was friendly, kind, and professional. So what more could a customer ask for? I could continue for hours citing examples of my encounters with the employees from the service department to sales, and the cashier...everyone was great. A special thanks to Leo Kasper and Jarrell in the service department and shop foreman Steve...great job on getting my Miata in and working the problem quickly. Shelia was also great in taking the payment very courteous and pleasant. Chuck and John in sales made want to buy another Mazda...and I would certainly do that with this dealership. Kathy also was very helpful and professional in her contact with me. In fact, all the employees named and unnamed where friendly and helpful. I was told by one of them...that I was a now a part of the Jenkins family...and that pretty well sums it up. You made a lasting impression and I did in fact feel that I was family. My hat is off to you and I left with my heart full. I simply will say thanks for a great experience.
