This appointment when set was told they didn’t see notes in the system. When I dropped it… off I told a different person I could have sworn I was told it needed something. Bernard dig around in my file to be sure they didn’t miss anything. In addition once he found it he said they would do it same day no need to make an additional appointment. And he went even farther to explain the service and cost associated. To me the additional information gave me the opportunity to make a fully informed decision. Had I been thinking about trading in the car it wouldn’t make sense to do the additional service. In addition I did prove another local shop and the local shop was hundreds more than what Acura was going to cost! Great customer service, great work, fair pricing and honestly one of the few places I can go and not be mansplained. From the moment I purchased my car to the service appointments I have had absolutely love this dealership!7/8/23 Service

The video provided by the technician clearly explained what was done and the status of each item checked and the service was completed quicker than we expected. I live in High Springs and drive over an hour away to get my vehicle serviced here because I am treated with importance when scheduling and when I'm in dealership getting my vehicle serviced. Your dealership has given us the best access to the service department of any dealership with which we have had a relationship. they are prompt, accurate, courteous, and accommodating to the needs of their… customers. the sales personnel are friendly and knowledgeable regarding their product. if they don't know the answer to a question, they make every effort to research the answer. the waiting area is clean and comfortable and pleasant to occupy. all in all the experience is commensurate with what is expected by your customers when you represent your quality product. that is why you have returning loyal customers.Outstanding service all around‼️

Sent me a video of the Mechanic pointing to and explaining parts with recommendations for repair -Genius! I was… then sent a checklist of my approval or disapproval to repair items. The work then commenced and my car was ready the next day. I was so blown away when I got the bill and it was hundreds less than I was expecting. I am so impressed with Jenkins Acura service department! Thank you!!Rdx service
