have had multiple Acura vehicles. Your dealership has given us the best access to the service department of any dealership with which we have had a relationship. they are prompt, accurate, courteous, and accommodating to the needs of their customers. the sales personnel are friendly and knowledgeable regarding their product. if they don't know the answer to a question, they make every effort to research the answer. the waiting area is clean and comfortable and pleasant to occupy. all in all the experience is commensurate with what is expected by your customers when you represent your quality product. that is why you have returning loyal customers.
