Dealership Service Review
Absolutely love Acura service! I have taken my car there since purchased in 2021. The last time I was in was told needed some additional maintenance. This appointment when set was told they didn’t see notes in the system. When I dropped it off I told a different person I could have sworn I was told it needed something. Bernard dig around in my file to be sure they didn’t miss anything. In addition once he found it he said they would do it same day no need to make an additional appointment. And he went even farther to explain the service and cost associated. To me the additional information gave me the opportunity to make a fully informed decision. Had I been thinking about trading in the car it wouldn’t make sense to do the additional service. In addition I did prove another local shop and the local shop was hundreds more than what Acura was going to cost! Great customer service, great work, fair pricing and honestly one of the few places I can go and not be mansplained. From the moment I purchased my car to the service appointments I have had absolutely love this dealership!
