I noticed a bubble in the chrome plating on my boot handle and they immediately said take it to service and I have a loaner while it is being remedied.I love BMW but the sale specialist Jorge Lopez made it AWESOME! Had to go through another buyer getting a deposit in before me (deal fell through) and a stop delivery recall the… VERY DAY my wife was gong to test drive the car. Justin kept me informed and once the recall was cleared up was able to take delivery EASILY. Easiest delivery of my life since Justin had it all set up. Great guy!Extraordinary service

I went to check a car on a Wednesday and Danny Baquero was my sales advisor. Danny was super nice and patience… as I asked him a bunch of questions. That day I wasn't planning to buy, simply check what they had and see the payment options. But on The following Saturday I sent an email saying that I wanted the car and after that it was all about providing my info to them, to later go to Braman and 30 minutes later come out driving my Mini. At the end I agreed on a deal, because I believe it was good, but only knowing how much I… would pay per month, but not the financial details of it (how much I was paying finally for the car, how much interest I was paying, how much I have to pay at the end if I want to keep the car etc).2017 430i convertible purchase

by parosero on 03/20/2017All the experience was good in general. However, the finance person who was in charge did not explain certain important matters regarding the lease. He did not provide time to read the contract, he mistakenly assured the car had 7 miles,… while it was 18 miles, did not explain anything about payment methods, and finally he was complaining about the fact that it was almost closing time and he had to come back to close the deal with us. When we asked to please remove one person as owner of the car, as it was not necessary (explained before) he did not agree to do it, because it was too late.Great service
