I had a great service when coming to buy a car (Mini). The only thing I would suggest is to the financial of the proposal to be shown on more details. At the end I agreed on a deal, because I believe it was good, but only knowing how much I would pay per month, but not the financial details of it (how much I was paying finally for the car, how much interest I was paying, how much I have to pay at the end if I want to keep the car etc).
