To begin with the Sales Rep. Paulo, he eliminated any and all of the stress that comes with the purchase of a vehicle. He was transparent, forth right and genuinely concerned and in tuned with my needs. secondly, F&I Coordiantor Francesca was a pleasure to deal with. She to was considerate of my time while yet being extremely thorough explaining all the services afforded to me by the Bank of BMW. Fantastic Service,
