False advertisement.
by Inouno77 on 02/25/2018I scheduled a test drive for the vehicle that does not exist. The photo shows one car, but the actual car has different rims. The photo did not say it was a generic image. As I was driving for my appoitment, I got a call from their sales… person telling me that the car is in service and no one has the key.....everyone has gone home....5:30 pm...(they are open till 9pm). I told her I don't believe a word she said. All of a sudden she found it 5 min later. Sent me a photo of some dirty car. On the add it said the car is in pristine condition. I noticed that the rims look different. Finally she came clean it was not the car in the photo. Not the way we do business in America. Honestly i was expecting this to be a huge headache but the rep in the service department Walter, made everything very simple,dealt with… the warranty company and took care of another issue at the same time. Everything was easy to understand and straight forward and i cant thank him enough. The auto industry needs more people like Walter who are there for their clients and know the auto business.My new car

We have been loyal to a diferent dealer, however we are very pleased and satisdied to have come to Auto Nation and make the decision to buy there. Danay the sales agent was super Profesional,… really took the time to go over diferent options according to our needs. Was very patience and always kept us inform of how the process was going to be and try her best to make us feel at ease since it was a big decision to make, even working late to wait for us as my husband'and I work schedule was not very helpful.
