I was having issues with my Taurus and had to bring it in to see if my extended warranty would cover. Honestly i was expecting this to be a huge headache but the rep in the service department Walter, made everything very simple,dealt with the warranty company and took care of another issue at the same time. Everything was easy to understand and straight forward and i cant thank him enough. The auto industry needs more people like Walter who are there for their clients and know the auto business.
