We were so pleased with CD and the whole Kelly Ford staff not only did we purchased my F150… the wife purchased a Escape the same day! I've been a Ford man for over 40 years but left ford as the trucks were getting to expensive but KellyFord got me back with such good deals on my F150 and the wife's Escape. 5 stars all the way!Thanks for the nice review, Joseph! He made sure to include and pay attention to my Wife and my Wife's questions which… is Important to her. Most Salesmen tend to focus on me and not my Wife and she is uncomfortable and left out. Working with Reggie and then Phil when Reggie was out of the Office made the process relaxed and easy to meet our needs.A very pleasant experience at Kelly Ford. This is our seco purchase here.

by David_Sherman on 09/27/2017updated 10/10/2017This was an unexpected purchase on my part. I had taken a friend to Kelly Ford to look at vehicles. After he starting working with the sales representative I started looking at the pickup trucks, planning to get once in the next year or… so. I discovered a pickup truck with what is now an unusual configuration, a supercab with a 6.5 foot short bed, but one that I liked. It turns out it was a special order that could not be completed to the original requestor. While the truck was missing a couple whistles and bells that would have been nice to have, it meant all the basic needs that I wanted in a pickup truck. The salesman, Mr. Mark Steele, worked with me to make a test drive and to go over the truck. Since buying a vehicle should not be an impulse purchase, I arranged with Mr. Steele and the sales manager, Mr. Charles Algieri-McCarthy, to set the pickup aside for three days. This allowed me to cool down and do some research. Three days later, I was back at Kelly Ford to complete the purchase. Mr. Steele was assisted by Mr. Vinny Amore in doing all the preparatory paperwork. The business manager, Mr. Jeff Leggee, worked his magic and completed the purchase. Finally Ms. Cheryl Shaton went over all the complexities of operating the electronics and showing me where all the bits and bobs where hidden in the truck. He took my logistics down and kept me informed of all cars available based on the criteria that I had set. He was attentive through the WHOLE process, and very transparent. There was not a… question that wasn't answered and he continued to work with me through the finding of the car to driving it off the lot. This is my second car from Kelly Ford and will be returning when I need to purchase another. From start to finish he went above and beyond to help me compare different options to determine what was right for me. He was kind, sincere and didn't feel overly pushy and fake like some… sales people can be. He was great with my toddler son and so was Dougie the manager who gave my son a balloon to make his experience good while being patient for his moms car searching. Doug the manager was down to earth and great to work with on completing the sale. Over all a great experience and I love love love my new explorer. Reggie also went above and beyond after the sale was already made to help me figure out how to get back to my destination since I'm not from the area. We already had the cars in mind and they were readily available to us. WEBSITE WAS VERY ACCURATE. That was nice. It was a very natural car buying… experience, fast and no pressure. All the staff we came into contact with was very friendly. We walked out of these with the car we wanted in 4 hours. That was Awesome, Thanks You Kelly Ford, Thank You Jesse!!No Hassle Experience!
