When we walked on the Lot Reggie assisted us and was able to listen to us and find out our needs and wants and showed us a couple of Vehicles and Options. He made sure to include and pay attention to my Wife and my Wife's questions which is Important to her. Most Salesmen tend to focus on me and not my Wife and she is uncomfortable and left out. Working with Reggie and then Phil when Reggie was out of the Office made the process relaxed and easy to meet our needs.
