Dealership Sales Review
This was an unexpected purchase on my part. I had taken a friend to Kelly Ford to look at vehicles. After he starting working with the sales representative I started looking at the pickup trucks, planning to get once in the next year or so. I discovered a pickup truck with what is now an unusual configuration, a supercab with a 6.5 foot short bed, but one that I liked. It turns out it was a special order that could not be completed to the original requestor. While the truck was missing a couple whistles and bells that would have been nice to have, it meant all the basic needs that I wanted in a pickup truck. The salesman, Mr. Mark Steele, worked with me to make a test drive and to go over the truck. Since buying a vehicle should not be an impulse purchase, I arranged with Mr. Steele and the sales manager, Mr. Charles Algieri-McCarthy, to set the pickup aside for three days. This allowed me to cool down and do some research. Three days later, I was back at Kelly Ford to complete the purchase. Mr. Steele was assisted by Mr. Vinny Amore in doing all the preparatory paperwork. The business manager, Mr. Jeff Leggee, worked his magic and completed the purchase. Finally Ms. Cheryl Shaton went over all the complexities of operating the electronics and showing me where all the bits and bobs where hidden in the truck. Well done and thank you team Kelly Ford.
