Reggie our sales person was wonderful to work with. From start to finish he went above and beyond to help me compare different options to determine what was right for me. He was kind, sincere and didn't feel overly pushy and fake like some sales people can be. He was great with my toddler son and so was Dougie the manager who gave my son a balloon to make his experience good while being patient for his moms car searching. Doug the manager was down to earth and great to work with on completing the sale. Over all a great experience and I love love love my new explorer. Reggie also went above and beyond after the sale was already made to help me figure out how to get back to my destination since I'm not from the area. That made a huge impact as it was a kind gesture. Overall very happy!
