I was so sad when I went to Autonation Honda dealership because I was dealing with a 2023 Toyota Carolla SE that's defective and Toyota's manufacturer's specialists lied… concerning my car. After many repairs, lead to lower back pain. Don showed empathy from the very beginning as I gathered information about trading in my Toyota for a 2024 Honda. He even went as far as to introduce me to Honda's General Manager Ailed Riverol. He then assured me if I have a problem to contact him directly. With the help of Don Leighton, I went ahead and trade my car in and purchased a 2024 Honda Civic Sport. The process was very easy thanks to Don and all his colleagues that were also friendly; creating a great environment to do business. It's been a few weeks and I'm happy with my purchase :) Thanks! I was recommended by a family friend to check out this dealership. On Nov 11, 2023, I had the… pleasure of working with a team of three who made my experience wonderful. Before coming to this dealership, I went to a few other places and I was not finding the "perfect" car. As soon as I walked in we were greeted by Joey Rodriguez and Roderick Williams, both introduced themselves. We immediately saw the 2024 Black CRV-Sport Touring in the display room and asked to test drive it. The vehicle itself is impeccable and was exactly what I was looking for. Joey and Roderick had great personalities that made it comfortable for us to be open with any concerns and explore the leasing or buying options. In addition, my father only speaks Spanish so Joey was able to further explain in Spanish for a better understanding. As I mentioned, I went to Honda's competitors and I spoke with other sales personnel but Joey is by far the easiest and most knowledgeable person to work with when it comes to down to business and the numbers. In addition, Roderick had so much patience with me as I wanted to see the SUV in another color. He took his time showing us the CVR Sport touring as he informed us how it is fuel efficient, the details of the car's style, and all of its safety features. Once I was done with the initial team, I finished signing the documents with Nathalie Chery Thompson. She also explained the next process to us. Nathalie was very welcoming. I want to show my gratitude to this team. I will highly recommend future buyers to ask for Joey or Williams. The way this team made the process of buying a car so easy is unbelieve. Nice people; straightforward
by christopher on 08/31/2023Very nice folks, and the transaction was straightforward. They answered all of my questions. They seem to like to negotiate for new cars, which is fine; I just didn't realize AutoNation did that as aggressively as they do. Oh well,… that's life. I drove three hours from my home to get to this AutoNation Honda location, because I'm done with the old dealer model. I can't stand traditional dealerships or the people who work at them, and I'd be happy to pay more to avoid the car-buying experience altogether. I wish Honda offered it all online and direct (like Tesla), but AutoNation is the best compromise going if you have to go through a dealership.Hello Christopher, we set high expectations for ourselves so it’s gratifying to hear you had a great experience with us. Best Car Buying Experience

But honestly, AutoNation Honda Hollywood was a really wonderful experience. I was first greeted at the door. Not… attacked by sharks but actually greeted. I was introduced to Michael, our salesman. Michael was kind and patient and most importantly, knowledgeable. Throughout the entire process, it was easy and comfortable. There was no pressure to buy the car or to make a decision. They had the car that I wanted and the price that made sense. The visit just flowed naturally. Even when Carl the Manager came over with "the paper", it was no pressure. He sat down and we talked. He was so nice and personable. I have to say the same about Brian, the Finance Manager. We just sat in his office and talked. Every step of the process was low key and easy. It was actually a pleasure doing business with them. I felt so comfortable with the entire staff and the entire process.
