AutoNation Honda Hollywood

I absolutely hate buying/leasing a car. It's the whole experience of the cat and mouse game that just gets under my skin. But honestly, AutoNation Honda Hollywood was a really wonderful experience. I was first greeted at the door. Not attacked by sharks but actually greeted. I was introduced to Michael, our salesman. Michael was kind and patient and most importantly, knowledgeable. Throughout the entire process, it was easy and comfortable. There was no pressure to buy the car or to make a decision. They had the car that I wanted and the price that made sense. The visit just flowed naturally. Even when Carl the Manager came over with "the paper", it was no pressure. He sat down and we talked. He was so nice and personable. I have to say the same about Brian, the Finance Manager. We just sat in his office and talked. Every step of the process was low key and easy. It was actually a pleasure doing business with them. I felt so comfortable with the entire staff and the entire process. I will definitely purchase from them again.
