I would like to take the time to acknowledge the superior sales and customer service that was provided to me at Autonation Honda Hollywood. I was recommended by a family friend to check out this dealership. On Nov 11, 2023, I had the pleasure of working with a team of three who made my experience wonderful. Before coming to this dealership, I went to a few other places and I was not finding the "perfect" car. As soon as I walked in we were greeted by Joey Rodriguez and Roderick Williams, both introduced themselves. We immediately saw the 2024 Black CRV-Sport Touring in the display room and asked to test drive it. The vehicle itself is impeccable and was exactly what I was looking for. Joey and Roderick had great personalities that made it comfortable for us to be open with any concerns and explore the leasing or buying options. In addition, my father only speaks Spanish so Joey was able to further explain in Spanish for a better understanding. As I mentioned, I went to Honda's competitors and I spoke with other sales personnel but Joey is by far the easiest and most knowledgeable person to work with when it comes to down to business and the numbers. In addition, Roderick had so much patience with me as I wanted to see the SUV in another color. He took his time showing us the CVR Sport touring as he informed us how it is fuel efficient, the details of the car's style, and all of its safety features. Once I was done with the initial team, I finished signing the documents with Nathalie Chery Thompson. She also explained the next process to us. Nathalie was very welcoming. I want to show my gratitude to this team. I will highly recommend future buyers to ask for Joey or Williams. The way this team made the process of buying a car so easy is unbelieve.
