Not only did he find us the car we wanted but he even got us an amazing deal on it. He searched through tons of cars before we… found the one we were looking for. We visited the dealership 2x before purchasing. Each time Janio stayed an hour passed closing time to make sure we were satisfied with the customer service. The first time we went we weren't ready to purchase. Mostly just browsing. A few weeks later when we were ready we knew who we would be purchasing from, Janio. I can't sing his praises enough. Buy a car from Janio and it will be a very pleasant experience. His upbeat and positive attitude shines light on a usually stressful situation. The worst service i have ever had
by Gremanc on 04/07/2015I spoke with Eddie Miranda, a sales manager at Gus Machado Hialeah. he made me feel uncomfortable by pressuring me to buy, he lied to me by telling me that the car i was interested in purchasing is sold over msrp (i went on true car and saw… that since november that isnt true) and on top of that when i told him that he wasnt helping me he kicked me out of his office. i will be purchasing the new mustang tomorrow actually, but you better believe it wont be with eddie or anybody at gus machado.German, thank you for your honest feedback about your recent experience with us. Get a car here, be prepare for bad customer service in maintance department
by Oriana on 03/29/2015This is my second Mustang purchased at the Gus Machado dealership, they always got me the best price for my needs. BUT the biggest issue they have is their lack of customer service skills in the service area. I usually go to the Pembroke… pines location, it is bigger, nicer, and they are beyond friendly. Last week I came to the Gus Machado location since I was in the area, I had a set appointment scheduled. I arrived early and parked my car. As I entered the service office all the men were doing their own thing and no one acknowledges you. Finally, one looked up at me and I spoke to him to get the process started. Not only did he pull out his cell phone and text in front of me, he was so bad in his customer service skills. The worse part was the lack of follow up and communication with me. I knew the work would take some time but the fact that I had to continue calling him, day after day to get an update really upset me. One time I called the service department and everyone was busy, I left my information with someone so I can get a call back and of course I didn't. On the 3rd day I get a call finally, saying my car was ready, after two days of me calling myself to check in. In summary the service department needs better training on basic skills. Say hello when someone enters the room, be attentive and assertive to the customer. Follow up on your clients and be friendly. Finally the number one draw back Ford has as a whole is their lack of loaner cars, whenever your vehicle has to be in the shop for days, you will have to rent a car which means you have to pay for all of it, if not a portion of it. It makes you realize one thing, in other car brands you do pay more for "the brand" but when you balance out the good service and perks which include free car washes, loaner cars and more, it balances out. Please be wise when choosing a Ford, I would recommend checking their Pembroke pines location. by midwesterner1 on 03/24/2015My Sync system had been disconnected by a body shop after an accident. The body shop was unable to reconnect it properly. I went to the dealership for assistance. Orlando made sure the system was repaired and working properly and that… the work was completed at a time that was convenient for my busy schedule. The follow-up was also very courteous. This is my 2nd lease from Gus Machado and I will be returning once this lease is up for another new Ford! Nice people!Thank you for the amazing review, midwesterner1! Great new car purchase experience
by evelio on 10/31/2014My experience at Gus Machado Ford Hialeah was the very best I have encountered when purchasing a car! Ronny Sanchez, was a very outgoing and friendly salesperson...but never "pushy" as some I have encountered.. and he worked in a very… straight forward manner to bring me to a fair trade-in deal that I am very satisfied with. Makes me very happy to be a Ford owner My car 2014 F150 is perfect for me...they were able to get me the outside as well as interior colors that I wanted.. very, very happy about that! On the day I received my car, Jose Sanchez the sales manager and Ernesto Llerandi, the finance sales person who did the numbers, were very friendly and courteous and explained all the features of the car and the finance process, Ronny was very patient when going over the navigation system.. and that was very important to me. Ford has a very good user friendly navigation system...VERY happy about this fact, and I have been using it with ease....extremely superior to anything out there in the car market, thank you for a job well done.. I am one happy customer!! I will definitely recommend your cars and dealership to my family and friends when they are in the market for a new car!! The day before I took delivery they jacked the price up by $2,500! Gus Machado Ford Complaint, Gus Machado Ripped… me off. Experience. Terrible Service. Complaint Summary Gus Machado Ford (of Hialeah, Fla. close to Miami) Sales Staff committed to selling me a used 2007 Expedition for $25000. They changed the price to $27,500 the day before I was to fly down from Atlanta and pick up the vehicle. Here is the Complaint I filed withe the Better Business Bureau of South Florida - Gus Machado NEVER resolved the complaint. Complaint Description - Posted 5/27/2008 Gus Machado Sales Staff committed to selling me a used 2007 Expedition for $25000. I deposited $500 in their Bank of America account per the salesman's instructions and made airfare arrangements for $99.50 non refundable. They changed the price to $27,500. They refused to honor the original deal, citing it was a misprint but I was told differently by a sale person at the dealership. After several messages, they eventually refunded my deposit but not my airfare. They did indeed say that they would do their best to refund my airfare but then stopped returning my calls. Besides not getting the deal I was promised which would have saved me about $3000, I am out $99.50 and they will not return phone calls when promised. Joe Sanchez and Jose Llaguno are familiar with my situation. The guys won't even properly respond to the Better Business Bureau complaint made against them. They have 9 similar complaints logged with the BBB.[violative content deleted]The worst buying experience!!

Pretty much everything out of our salesmens mouth and especially the finance guy was a lie !!! First they tried to scam us on the price and charge us… twice for destination charges on the vehicle . Then they tried adding in extra charges after like paint protection and all this other garbage when they didn't do anything and I proved it to them by showing them a finger print I put on the car a month prier to looking at the exact mustang. So then we finally agreed on a price 2 hours later after them playing games. Now the finance fun. We waited an hour and a half just to get approved...that's insane when we both have amazing credit and we were putting down 10k. The finance guy lied about our interest rate which we found out a 2 week later when we went online and saw that our rate was some how $3.65 a day which makes no sense!!!! Then they sold us a 7 year 60k mile warrenty that was good anywhere and was refundable for the full amount if we never used. Well that's a lie because we later found out its a gus machado warrenty and can only be used at there dealership for service which is going to do no do when we live in ft.lauderdale. So a few months later we just canceled the warrenty and after having to wait an hour and 45 minutes for a finance guy we just walked back and looked to see what on earth the guy ( frank )we were waiting for was doing and we find him with him hands behind his head trying to take a nap in his office!!! Terrible dealership!!! We wish we didn't buy from them !! We will never step foot back in this dealership!!We are sorry to hear about your negative experience.
