Alex and Rachel are the BEST, Jose Mendez and the rest of the staff are The Dream Team, everyone is professional and nice including Angel and Victor who is Gus Machado's VP, these two gentlemen came to me to confirm if everything was… happening as I expected and also to provide additional information about the new FORD's EV technology and projects. Gus Machado staff has been in touch with me during the next days after the purchase to confirm if everything is OK, and to provide me with additional information. I highly recommend GUS MACHADO FORD.

The agent Alex was really great, he walked us through the process of turning in the old car and taking out a new one. Was able to look and pick… the car we wanted and he worked with us to get the price right in our desired budget. by Pmmialakes on 05/02/2016Took my truck in for an oil change. Service guy says we haven't rotated your tires since May last year. He's got a special for $99.00. Ok get it done. Then my back brakes are really down and needs to be done now. Looked at brake shoes looks… pretty bad. They can do it for $229.00. Ok do it. While I'm waiting I find a coupon to do the brakes for 179.00. I bring it to his attention, not for trucks he tells me. Nothing on the add says excluding trucks. Grrr. Not liking this guy. Finish the job I go to drive off, about a mile from the dealership a tire pressure inducator pops up as a failure. I go back to complain. Service manager says that those things just go bad. I argued and was told they cannot do anything about. This thing broke in their possession, and they took no ownership for it at all. Will never go there again. They got one star because I had to mark something.Thank you, Pmmialakes, for taking the time to bring this negative experience to our attention. Fixed problem as promised
by 123456789012 on 03/27/2016About a year ago had factory work performed on my brakes and shortly reported that brakes did not work like before. I returned and the mechanic who looked at the brakes did not find any issues. With the mechanics blessings I resumed… driving my truck but later the brakes started making noise and finally the noice was very loud enough that I took my truck back and they took care of the problem. As part of the current work estimate it included a new rooter but after I took my truck back they told me that I did not need it and so it was not included. That makes me feel uncomfortable.Excelent service
