Fixed problem as promised

About a year ago had factory work performed on my brakes and shortly reported that brakes did not work like before. I returned and the mechanic who looked at the brakes did not find any issues. With the mechanics blessings I resumed driving my truck but later the brakes started making noise and finally the noice was very loud enough that I took my truck back and they took care of the problem. As part of the current work estimate it included a new rooter but after I took my truck back they told me that I did not need it and so it was not included. That makes me feel uncomfortable.
