I’m very satisfied with the service provided when I went to turn my old lease and get a new one. The agent Alex was really great, he walked us through the process of turning in the old car and taking out a new one. Was able to look and pick the car we wanted and he worked with us to get the price right in our desired budget. It was a great experience and I’d definitely recommend everyone goes to Ford and speak with Alex.
