    I came to Mercedes Benz of Delray after shopping around for a BMW that I had in sight for some time, I consider my self an educated shopper and as such, I do my research. I have to say that I shopped around and test drove cars from at least six different dealerships. Every dealership that I visited could have had my business. I came to Mercedes Benz of Delray after having some very negative experiences at the other places. I emailed the dealership and was told someone would follow up with me. I can not thank Joe Pellegrino enough!! I explained my situation to him - gave him the specifics and explained my challenges. After visiting numerous dealerships and driving in some instances over an hour and a half to scope potential purchases, all to result in negative experiences- either because of the staff, the haggling or in general what other businesses consider passes for acceptable customer service. My man Joe set up an appointment with me- it was probably the last appointment of his day and kept him after hours, -thanks Joe! :)- Upon my arrival he was prepared to handle my situation, told me exactly what to expect and gave me a clear scope of what I needed to do to close and make this deal happen! As he promised- he delivered! And the transaction could not have flowed more smoothly! He was attentive, communicative and kept me appraised of every aspect of the transaction every step of the way! After seating down with him for just about 30 - 45 mins, he put the transaction together, got me approved and we closed the deal! The next day as promised, I took delivery of the exact car that I wanted and drove home one hundred percent a satisfied customer! In Short! If you want to avoid all the hassle and haggling that is notorious with car shopping! Visit Joe Pellegrino at Mercedes of Delray! Thanks again brother! You definitely have my return business as well as anyone I can refer to you!

    By far the best Mercedes dealer I have been to and worked with in the nation and in Europe, and I've purchased quite a few cars at different dealerships! We bought a GLE63S Coupe which was very hard to find and, when other dealers had given up on trying to look for a car, Louis Green managed to get a hold of one from the factory! Great job! Never working with another salesperson but Louis at MB Delray!

    I had a A+ experience at Mercedes Benz of Delray! Long story short, I was in the market for a 2015 Mercedes CLS400 (which had only been on the market for a month). I was originally going through a broker who had found a car that close to what I was looking for. However, at the very last minute when I was about to ask for paperwork, I did my due diligence and decided to call up MB of Delray to see what they could do for me. Let's just say that they came down to an amazing price that I couldn't pass up. There was no haggling over price and I am confident that I received the best deal possible. The car was even better equipped than what the broker had found. Trisha Devine and everyone we worked with at the dealership were an absolute pleasure to work with. Very attentive and very expedient. We were in and out, paperwork and all, within 2 hours. It was by far the easiest and most pleasurable dealership experience that I have ever had. Well worth the drive from Miami. Thank you Trisha and thank you MB of Delray for an awesome experience, an awesome deal, and a BEAUTIFUL Mercedes! :)

    Our salesman, Benjamin Shatkun afforded my wife and I truly professional service. He is kind, thoughtful and thoroughly versed as to the Mercedes product line. Honest dealings, friendly service and a genuine interest in his customers warranted our traveling from Coconut Grove to Delray Beach.This is the fourth Mercedes we have purchased from Ben and hope to always have him as a salesman and a friend.

    Just received my E63S AMG Wagon. Had it shipped to NJ from FL since MB of Delray Beach is where I got the best price and the best service. Special thanks to Mike M, Joe T and Sophia. Already referred a few friends to them. This is my 3rd Mercedes and so far this has been the best and the easiest purchasing experience.

    I rarely write positive reviews for car dealers, because I rarely have positive things to say, my experience at MB Delray was exactly the opposite. From the time I entered the showroom to the time I left with my car was under 2 hours. Warren Dworkin assured me from the outset, that there would be no surprises, and there weren't!! It is refreshing to be promised one thing and having it actually delivered. Best car buying experience in over 25 years!!

    Went into dealership looking for recent model year 'experienced' cars. Was introduced to salesperson, Mardy Guirlande, who was very knowledgeable about all the cars and the entire sales process, while being personable yet not pushy in the least. Ended up leaving, checking out three other places, and coming back the same day to close on one 2011 Mercedes E Coupe with 19000 miles. I had the exact same car which was totaled in car accident the month before and had performed so well in the accident, that I walked away with nothing but a stiff neck. I was glad to find the exact same car, with much less mileage and priced perfectly. The cost was $200 more than the insurance company had given me the week before for my old car. The sale closing, car delivery and follow up with the dealership and Mardy was excellent.

    I bought an ML350 through AutoNation Direct (using USAA as my buying agent) and took delivery at Mercedes Benz of Delray. I previously owned BMW X5s, but recently decided to switch to the ML350. What a difference! Unlike the X5, I don’t have to fight with the ML350. It rides great, handles smoothly, and I got it loaded with every feature I wanted. Even the seats are so much more comfortable. I’ve switched my loyalty to Mercedes. The entire purchase process at Mercedes Benz of Delray was actually quite pleasant, made the more so by the patience, knowledge, and professionalism of Trisha Devine. A purchase process is always long, but she made it so that it went efficiently and comfortably. In the beginning, even though we had pre-selected out vehicle from their inventory, we wanted to make absolutely sure it was the one we wanted. We spent well over an hour on the lot looking over all the options. Trisha was very helpful and patient through this process. We finally decided we had made the right choice originally, but felt much better having done our diligence. I would highly recommend Mercedes Benz of Delray and I would suggest that you seek out Trisha. You won’t be disappointed.

From a willingness to put together a deal, to throughly explaining all fiancé options to taking care of the little things at pickup, every detail was smooth and simple. From someone who has purchased many cars, I simply say thank you for your terrific service, it was simply done in Ritz Carlton style!

    I ordered a 2015 E400 from Delray Mercedes in August and when the car came in, it was missing some features. John Bradley, the sales manager, ordered a new one for me and kept the same value for my trade for 2 months until the replacement came in on December 12th. Not only that, they reduced the price of the car to make up for the factory glitch. This is my 10th new car purchase from Delray Mercedes because I am treated like a family member, not just a customer. I love the new E400 and I love my dealership. Ralph Mazza, General Manager, is always there with John Bradley to make sure I am always completely happy with my new cars. The dealership personnel, including service, are always so accommodating and professional. Thanks, too, to Joe Taylor, my salesman, who stays in contact with me all the time. It's professionals like these that bring me back every year for a new car. I live very close to 2 other Mercedes dealerships, but travel the 18 miles to buy from Delray Mercedes Benz.

    I recently purchased a car at Mercedes-Benz of Delray and had a great experience. We have visited other Mercedes dealerships in the area before and Mercedes-Benz of Delray was the best in the area. This is the second car I have purchased from this dealership. My sales person was Trisha Devine and she did a fantastic job answering all my questions and I felt the customer service was excellent. Working with Trisha provided a great environment to purchase the car and I did not feel pressured or stressed at all during the process. Trisha has excellent knowledge of the technology associated to the vehicle I purchased and took a lot of time to explain all of the features of the vehicle to me. Overall it was a great car buying experience and I recommend this dealership. If you want a great sales experience ask for Trisha to assist you.

    After I visited a couple of dealerships looking for a GL 550 2015, we went to Mercedes Benz of Delray 43 miles from home following a friend's recommendation, boy he was right! It was the best car buying experience of my life! We (my wife and I) were greeted at the front desk by a very elegant and pretty lady who got up from her chair and walked to us, she called The new vehicle sales manager Mr John Bradley who came out in person to welcome us to the dealership and took his time to find all the information we requested, while we were sitting at the cafeteria sipping on a cup of fresh brewed coffee. When they found the car I had in mind, a very knowledgeable sales person Mr Matt Garcia walked us thru the whole process of driving the vehicle and choosing what we wanted and needed. Every little secret of the new car was revealed by Matt who also took the time after the lease process was finished to literally trained us in all the whistles and gadgets of the new car so we may have a safe drive heading back home. To top off the experience The General Manager Mr Ralph Mesa introduced himself and sat down with us for a very refreshing chat. Every one of them handed their respective business card, offered their help and asked us to call them for anything. We had among other cars, several Mercedes Benz and BMW's purchased at other places, but this visit at Mercedes Benz of Delray surpasses all our expectations. The place was spotless clean and very well illuminated, not crowded with parked cars inside the showroom, they have just a few hallmark cars as samples. Every person was very courteous, well mannered and elegantly attired. On our way out everyone approached us to congratulate us for the new purchase. Many other clients were obviously negotiating their deals but all seem very relaxed from our stand point. We were just another customer at the concessionary but we felt like the most important ones for them. We wanted to show our appreciation for a very professional staff.
