    Michael Rupp , Joshua Strawn was outstanding to work with and delivered the my truck to me the was it should be delivered clean and fuel. I have bought two trucks from your dealership and both times it been a pleasure. I will highly recommend your dealership to everyone.     In my car buying tenure, I have purchased 78 vehicles (yes, I took time last night to count). The most recent purchase from Conley Buick-GMC, and more specifically from Jeff Wells, stands out as being the most pleasurable experience of them all. I'll detail why, below. Recently, my wife sold her German Performance SUV outright and rented a car to temporarily replace it. Then, she went on the hunt for a specific GMC Denali. She wanted a particular color, certain options, and a specific interior. She and I both searched locally (Naples, Florida) for one. As fate would have it, the GMC dealer in Naples had EXACTLY what she wanted, marked at slightly over MSRP. They wouldn't budge on the price. It wasn't an option for us, as I'm one of the "I won't pay MSRP" guys that sales staff loathes. The search continued. Dealers, local to the state of Florida, and abroad, had nothing that wasn't spoken for or sold. We were instructed by most salesmen to order what we wanted. One Sunday evening, my wife found exactly what she wanted on Conley's website. Excitedly, I called on Monday. Jeff confirmed the vehicle's existence, and explained as soon as they cleaned it, it would then be placed on the lot for sale. It wouldn't last long, he stated. I was certain he was correct. I'd talked to too many GMC dealers prior, and knew the Denali lasted all of 24 hours, if they were priced right. I made my offer via text message to Jeff (at a number below MSRP--and below their listed price) that I was comfortable with. He quickly replied with his acceptance of the offer. No counteroffer. No BS. No anything. Just a "yes" response, with, "would you like to finance or pay cash?" Jeff put me in touch with Neal Ayass in finance. Again, an absolute pleasure of a human being to deal with. Honest. Polite. he searched for the best rate and presented it. I agreed. Then, he called back late that evening (again, after I said "yes") with a better offer on finance. The vehicle was purchased without driving it (I was in Naples, and Conley is in Sarasota). When the seamless process was complete, I dropped the final bomb. "My wife and I are absolutely backlogged with work," I declared. "Can you deliver the vehicle to me?" "As you might Imagine," Jeff replied, "We're backlogged with deliveries. We have many that were scheduled long before you purchased yours." I envisioned a drive with my family (despite my age, I still have 3 of my 6 kids at home) to Sarasota after work. Screaming kids. Frustrated wife. The scent of a previous cigar that was smoked in the rental car lingering for the 2-hour drive. My nose wrinkled in disgust. "How soon can you do it?" I asked. "My wife's excited." "Let me see," he replied. Jeff called me back moments later, "I'll deliver it myself." 2 hours later, Jeff and the new car were in my driveway. My wife is elated. She's thrilled with the quality, the ride, the appearance, the options, ergonomics, and, of course, the price. Me? I'm pleased with the process. It's one that only a well-oiled machine can possess. A machine that has been altered and modified over the years until it's finally perfect. Perfection oozes from the pores of Conley GMC-Buick. How, and/or why, you ask? Because Conley's business model includes honesty, integrity, and the willingness to go the extra length to satisfy their customers. Furthermore, they've proven they'll do so at any cost. This isn't a statement they make, or their claim to fame. It's an accurate assessment from a new customer. One who has often dealt with the bloodthirsty wolves that this industry typically employs. Call Jeff. Buy your car, truck, or SUV from him. And then, have him transfer you to Neal Ayass, for financing. You can thank me later

    It was extremely a great experience! From the moment I walked in the door I was greeted by a friendly personnel member. All staff members were welcoming and polite when walking through the building and on the lot. I felt very comfortable in the atmosphere. Not at any point did I feel I was pressured on any decisions. If I had any questions, I felt the time was taken to explain anything I may not have understood at first. Kevin Gilbertson was my sales guy, and he was so helpful and really helped me feel at ease with my purchase. Kevin was very patient with me. Very helpful with answering all the questions I had about the vehicle. I couldn't have been happier with my experience with Kevin! Cara was the delivery specialist I had the pleasure working with. It sure was a pleasure to have her help with setting up my OnStar and connecting my phone to the vehicle. Neal helped me with finalizing my paperwork and the amount of patience he showed during this process for as a first timer was just unbelievable. So, to say I was so extremely impressed and happy with my purchase is an understatement!!! I look forward to doing business with Conley Buick in the future for sure!!!!!

    Dropped by due to 2 weeks of drips since oil change. Got me right in. Found the cause and showed me. Replaced my new faulty oil filter and i was out the door in 90 minutes or less during the lunch hour!

    This by far was my smoothest car buying experience ever and I have purchased several cars in my lifetime. Cody Galloway my salesperson was amazing every step of the way. He was down to earth upfront and honest. He communicated every step of the way since my vehicle was in transit. Cody kept me posted and updated on every status update. Then it was over to finance with Neil Ayass another amazing person he worked hard for us on our interest rate and made sure we were happy. I couldn’t have been happier with this experience at Conley

    I have always respected Conley / Buick and their service. I’m a local, and I do best to support businesses with such a reputation and community presence. My auto is 3 months old to me but a 2019 Regal X Tour with 60000 miles. Hurricane Debbie set off sensors and check engine light. 4-6 days later I picked up auto paid $1900 but broke down 100 yards from Conley. 11 days later I never received a call back and can not reach a technician, the nice ladies on phone seem to try but it is all a vicious loop and now message left get responses. A week ago, I show up to find my engine out of vehicle. Apparently a valve broke, mechanic orders were made to fix. This time it appears to be under warranty issue. I have called over last 7 days and still have no idea when repair will be finished. Car is now 9 days with Conley and not a single return call, message or text have been sent to me. All I have received is this evaluation request. Please stop sending until my car is repaired and picked up. The inconvenience has been substantial and difficult. Sincerely, W. M. Whaley

    It took four calls to the dealership to schedule the appointment. Service was for a oil change and tire rotation. Scheduled appointment took three and half hours. Once my vehicle was returned to me there was no sticker in the upper left corner of the windshield indicating the next oil change miles or months. Oil life indicator on the dash was not reset, no multipoint inspection was attached to the receipt. I'm not even sure I can trust any of the services were performed including the air fuel induction service that the advisor talked me to have performed.

    Bobby, my salesman was a pleasure to work with. His high level of communication, and willingness to go the extra mile is something you just don't see anymore these days. Neil, in F&I was equally as easy to work with. Conley GMC should take pride in how they do business....the old fashioned way. No high pressure, easy communication, and amazing service......excellent experience overall!

    Great experience taking my 2010 Impala for 2 recalls and a part for the air bag on/off light for US to be imported work done. Frank Melgar and his colleagues did a wonderful job keeping in touch, getting the job done, and in a timely fashion.

    excellent service at this dealer. was stranded in Bradenton Florida with broken down vehicle. I explained I could only be in Florida for 5 days for my fathers funeral. They cleared a spot on schedule to fix immediately. they were able to get parts and fix problem within 2 days. been to many dealers before. THIS IS BEST SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED.

    Pay thousands for a bumper to bumper warranty and they say loose bolts aren't covered?? They are between the bumpers are they not?
    • Loose Bolts ARE covered under the bumper to bumper warranty... There has to be more to this story
