Warranty rip off

Pay thousands for a bumper to bumper warranty and they say loose bolts aren't covered?? They are between the bumpers are they not?

Well they told me they would not cover it and BTW your Finance guy Josh told me he would take care of it and that still has NOT been done as promised, I hope you will look into it because your dealership seems to be selling BS warranties. Please call me to discuss, [contact info removed]

Loose Bolts ARE covered under the bumper to bumper warranty... There has to be more to this story
