Dealership Service Review
I have always respected Conley / Buick and their service. I’m a local, and I do best to support businesses with such a reputation and community presence. My auto is 3 months old to me but a 2019 Regal X Tour with 60000 miles. Hurricane Debbie set off sensors and check engine light. 4-6 days later I picked up auto paid $1900 but broke down 100 yards from Conley. 11 days later I never received a call back and can not reach a technician, the nice ladies on phone seem to try but it is all a vicious loop and now message left get responses. A week ago, I show up to find my engine out of vehicle. Apparently a valve broke, mechanic orders were made to fix. This time it appears to be under warranty issue. I have called over last 7 days and still have no idea when repair will be finished. Car is now 9 days with Conley and not a single return call, message or text have been sent to me. All I have received is this evaluation request. Please stop sending until my car is repaired and picked up. The inconvenience has been substantial and difficult. Sincerely, W. M. Whaley
