I worked with Nawaf who was charming and had a great sense of humor. It was a true pleasure to work with him. He helped me find the Honda Fit… I wanted and was terrific at telling me all about the vehicle, and the process (including the trade-in). His gentle manner was very much apprecated by this young lady. Nate was also very helpful in explaining all the paperwork. He was very friendly and personable, a real pleasure to work with. Overall, the gentlemen at Liberty were great. I had my choice of two other dealers in the area and am glad I chose Liberty.Thank you for writing such a superb review about our staff and dealership. The finance manager worked hard to get me an excellent interest rate, 4.9%, with my much less than… perfect credit. I have a very low miles, certified pre-owned, Civic with a car payment under $300. The quote was competitive; we purchased as manual shift instread of the automatic quoted, which we… actually preferrd. They were efficient with our time. They did not press very ahrd when we declined the extras.We are pleased to hear you left our dealership with a vehicle and price you loved! Luckily I met with Ryan G., a Liberty sales person, who was as knowledgeable, earnest, friendly, and helpful as anyone I've ever met in my 58 years of walking the earth. I'm… normally very wary and skeptical, and I certainly would be on my guard at an auto dealership, but I was surprised. Ryan made the transaction simple. He essentially said "yes" to anything I asked for. He even went the extra mile(s) and arranged to have a few "extras" installed that I hadn't even thought about. Actually, everyone I met there, from Ryan to the finance person "Nate" is pretty helpful. They even follow up and ask how the car is working out etc. So, no complaints from me. Our Liberty Honda experience was outstanding, primarily due to our salesperson, John C. We specifically asked for John when we knew we wanted… another car, after our experience with our Pilot. John is easy going, not high pressure, and he listens to understand our needs. This included leaving us alone at times to talk things over and make decisions. And with the Fit, John even came into the office on his day off in order to hand over the car to us, which accommodated my business travel schedule. I am not a fan of the process of getting a new car, but John made the experience extremely easy and pain free.Thank you so much for taking the time to share your feedback with us. He immediately made my husband and me feel comfortable and his sense of humor helped relieve any car-buying tension. We did purchase… that 2012 Honda Certified Accord which we had come to see (having seen it on-line) and were quite surprised to learn that we would be driving it home that day. All paperwork was efficiently handled, the car was prepped, and Amnon U. spent considerable time making me feel comfortable with my new purchase. My previous car was a 16 year old bare-bones model, so becoming familiar with this well-equipped Accord was a bit daunting. Amnon made sure that I did not leave the lot until I felt ready to do so. I appreciated his concern and I admired his patience! When I was (finally) ready to leave, he encouraged me to call him with any questions/concerns and he assured me that he would do his best to answer/address them. I am confident that he will do just that. I highly recommend him to any car shopper.Congratulations on your new Accord! Thank you for taking the time to write about your experience at our dealership. Some dealers give you only a small discount unless you come in. Liberty understood that I knew what I wanted and I knew what a… fair prices was for a 2013 Accord EX. I was able to negotiate an out-the-door all inclusive price that was very fair and well below edmunds 'True Market Value' all over email. Many dealers ignore email inquiries and won't negotiate via email. It was Liberty's willingness to be fair and open that brought me to their dealership in person. Upon arriving, Tim M. ensured that I found the right color and knew all of the features of the car. The whole team made it easy and convenient. They do have some products that they try to upsell you but for me, they kept this to a very bare minimum. I didn't pay for VIN etching which was included on all cars as far as I can tell. They didn't try to play games like, "oh sorry, this one has some extra equipment like wheel locks or mud flaps, so you have to pay more." I've had this happen at several dealers. All, in all, I get the sense that they understand what is important to you and make a deal based on that. For some people, it's monthly payment. For others, it's the lowest total cost. Mine was a very good experience. Only complaint was that my car was not fully clean when I took delivery. Windows needed cleaning as there was a suction cup mark on the inside of the window and there was some dirt on the front and under the rear bumper. Otherwise, great experience.Thank you so much for taking the time to provide us with this review! Great Experience at Liberty Honda

I called them after I looked for a 2013 Honda Fit at another dealership and didn't get the deal I was looking for. I… called Liberty Honda and gave them my price range: immediately they were able to find a Honda Fit at that exact price point. I also asked for free floor mats, they were able to throw them in after I negotiated strongly. When I went to buy the car, I needed a ride to the dealership, and was picked up by one of the salesmen, Michael H. He was extremely courteous and friendly, and we had an easy time making conversation all the way to the dealership. I told him I was from out of state and also in need of car insurance, and while I waited at the dealership for the car to be prepped, he let me use his phone to call and set up car insurance. The Finance guy I talked to, Nate, was also very kind and respectful. I was under no pressure to buy any of the add-on options he discussed with me, and when I turned them down he didn't try to get me to change my mind. I was still working on getting my connecticut registration as I bought the car, so the dealership let me drive off the lot with dealer plates, which I was allowed to keep for 7-10 days as I navigated the DMV. Luckily, I came back the next day, got registration figured out, got my plates, and was completely ready to go! I also had a TPMS system reset, because the light came on as I had been driving. The maintenance staff was quick and informative, and true to the warranty, I wasn't charged at all for the check-up. I would definitely go back to Liberty Honda to purchase another car in the future.What an enjoyable review to read! Great experience

We have been a service customer of Libertys for the past nine years for our Honda Odyssey. Our service experience has been… excellent. We had all the recommended service done which gave us nine trouble free years with the Odyssey. We would still be driving it today but a tree fell on it. So, it made sense to consider a Honda from Liberty for the replacement. Marvin, our sales rep, showed us a number of different models to make sure we purchased the right car for us. After a few visits, we purchased a Touring model. After the sale, Marvin spent time going over all the features of the Pilot and has called to follow up to make sure everything is going well. Mike, the general manager and the finance representative also worked with us to explain purchasing options. All in all a great experience. I would recommend Liberty as a sales and service organization.
