We recently purchased a Honda Fit from Liberty, and earlier this year also purchased a new Pilot. Our Liberty Honda experience was outstanding, primarily due to our salesperson, John C. We specifically asked for John when we knew we wanted another car, after our experience with our Pilot. John is easy going, not high pressure, and he listens to understand our needs. This included leaving us alone at times to talk things over and make decisions. And with the Fit, John even came into the office on his day off in order to hand over the car to us, which accommodated my business travel schedule. I am not a fan of the process of getting a new car, but John made the experience extremely easy and pain free.
